There is an initial screening process to qualify you against our client requirements.  There is no cost to apply.  There may be fees payable directly to vendors for background/ criminal check.

Your contract period with Novel CX is subject to renewal terms every 6 months.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll be required to complete a W9 form.

Once you make more than $600 in a given year, you’ll receive a 1099-MISC form by January 31 of the next year for tax purposes.

We offer standard and rush payments on compensation earned.  Presently, we do not offer paper checks, you must have a checking or savings account for an electronic deposit.

These gigs may be posted by Novel CX or by businesses directly.  Each opportunity will clearly outline the requirements and onboarding process.  You may work with as many as as few clients as you like, as an independent contractor you set your terms and schedule.

Training may take hours to weeks, depending on the depth of the role.  Each contracts terms are different from the attendance policy, compensation to duration.  We’re here to guide you through this process!
